Jack, late thirties and seemingly happily married, is confronted by a beautiful pickpocket in a dark alleyway. After a short and unsettling altercation, he recovers his wallet. But after this encounter, alarming things start to happen around him. The confusion inside him gradually comes to the surface, startling him with its violence. An internal struggle ensues, driving him towards madness. Alone in his apartment Jack tries to regain some sanity. But first he needs to decide whether what he believed he saw really happened or whether it was only an illusion.
